We are an inclusive space and welcome everyone; both men and women, seniors, those with injuries, prenatal and postnatal, pilates pros or very first timers.
The studio has 6 reformer beds, making each group class a semi-private session. We offer this to you at the same price as a larger group setting! Smaller classes provide each client with more attention and a personalised approach.
Meet Sam
Sam is a certified mat and reformer pilates instructor who brings energy and warmth to her practice.
With experience in training clients from beginners right through to advanced, Sam has furthered her studies to provide expertise in prenatal and postnatal care. She also has experience working with men, seniors and those with (or returning from) injury. Her approach is personalised and tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
Sam is a local and mother of two energetic boys. She loves the community and looks forward to welcoming you to the studio.
