We are an inclusive space and welcome everyone; both men and women, seniors, those with injuries, prenatal and postnatal, pilates pros or very first timers.
The studio has 6 reformer beds, making each group class a semi-private session. We offer this to you at the same price as a larger group setting! Smaller classes provide each client with more attention and a personalised approach.

Beginner classes can be purchased using any of our memberships or packs so it’s easy to transition to standard classes when, and if, you’re ready. Just look for beginners classes in the schedule.
